With a bachelor’s degree in business administration focused on Human Resources Management, Chantelle Patchin is passionate about building strong, people-centered organizations. Her early experience in retail management shaped her hands-on leadership style and deep care for employee growth and engagement.

Over the past five years in a professional services firm, Chantelle has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, playing a key role in building HR infrastructure from the ground up and creating meaningful, sustainable people practices.

Chantelle also gives back to her professional community as Co-Director of Sponsorships for INSHRM. When she’s not working, she can be found reading, spending time with her family, and raising her daughter to be resilient, empathetic, and kind.
